what i might do is have one repeatin one permutation, and anothe rone with a slightly different permutations, and doing this with each bar/repeat as to explore the permutations
like a pack of cards, there are a myriad of combinations and possibilities when you shuffle it. that is just like the tuning.

there are 52 cards inside each deck. imagine if i wanted to map out all of the combinations of possible card order. the total possible card orders would be 52! (52 factorial, or 52 x 51 x 50 x ....).
these are the possible combinations.
i see tuning the guitar in the same way. never repeating. each moment has a unique tuning that ca never be repeated ever again. the relationship between the strings can never be repeated again.
