//there is so much noise. that infiltrates one's signal and reality. impurities that sometimes make you forget who you are and why you're doing what you're doing. simply, simply. count all your affairs on one hand, and that's it. a clean signal between you and reality, no frills, nothing superfluous. to do more in LESS things, not to scatter one's attention. a scattered attention is a depressed attention. and when i remember of this concept of simplify, my mind becomes more still and quiet, undivided and focused, and happier.
more fulfilled in one's craft, not worried about the other illusory-important factors
to aim for excellence, not success-- and success will come chase you, not you chasing it.
i forget these things...but when i remember, i'm able to breathe again.
my world becomes more consolidated, and my vision more focused and distilled.
