once i let myself NOT take 10k steps a day and to just work for the next 2 weeks. that's where things fall apart. that's where i let my mind compartmentalizations itself to not have to worry about it. and once i let that fragmentation of my mind let loose, i cannot control it. i am no longer locked in- as greg would say.
and same with everything else. there is a "locked in" approach to mind. where if you let your mind consider something as an option, it becomes harder to control.
