i always want to feel like i am progressing, expanding, movng forward.
that "moving forward" feeling is so precious to me. in all wlks of life.
the problem is that practice is non-linear. progress is not just just an upwards motion. there are pitfalls. paths dangers strategies.
and this non-linearity manfiests in all of reality, such as weight loss.
knowing this. embodying this wisdom, should mitigate my frustration when i am not prgressing as well as id like. or when progress has plateud.
