i find that many of this practice notes
all point to the idea of just letting things be, it's fine.
this is hard to articulate.
because it is only after years of neurosis can i let things be.
i need to first play the game and master it before i can transcend it and relax it
which actually makes it even better.
to find the beauty in what i once stepped over is one of the hallmarks of experience.
self containing neurosis is itself a skill to cultivate (separate essay in dark thoughts).
if i can relax this machinery of mind it becomes smarter.
